my trapezius

Ever visit WebMd.com and wonder why the hell you even bothered? I woke up this morning with some terrible discomfort in neck/higher back area. After doing a short search on the net... I think ii tweaked my trapezius muscle.

I'm a little unsure how I did this, seeing how I didn't wake up in a freakish position...

Anyhoo it hurts like HELL.
