The hits. They just keep on comming

Boy was I do for a good kick in the Karma nuts… Just got word that I was cleared to rent a home that I selected over the weekend. As luck would have it… a person was also cleared but happened to select it earlier that day.

The plan is to now look at 2 properties (same area), one of, which should be identical in appearance & layout (just another home on the cookie-cutter block) and another home, which is rumored to have two floors…

I look o' so forward to a heavy night of drinking once I get this all figured out.
