An Hour In Gridlock..

So... you know you're new to a city when you haven't bothered to program local radio stations to your car for the morning and afternoon commutes to and from work. My commute is 6 miles or so and it rarely takes more than 10 minutes to get from my front door to the parking lot at work.

Was I surprised this morning when I was stuck in Traffic for 53 minutes!

I called the office 10 till 8 to inform them that I had been stuck for 15 minutes and would be coming in a little later than usual... I never bothered to see what the hold up was.

Upon my arrival I got word that a Woman was killed when she attempted to cross I-35 (kiddy corner from where I work) but got ran over by oncoming traffic.
